All of the material presented in this level 1 class assumes you can lead and follow the material from the level 0 class. We build upon the foundations laid in the novice class. Please take the time to review the material in the level 0 class if in any doubt.
The level 1 classes are the equivalent of what other classes might call improvers level.
Dancers of 3 to 6 months experience should find this level challenging but within their capabilities
